If you're not completely satisfied with your lenses, we can remake them at no cost or issue a full refund within 30 days of delivery.
6-month scratch warranty
We cover one scratch remake within the first 6 months. Lens condition evaluation is required.
Exceptions
- Damage due to misuse or accidents is not covered.
- Certain special coatings may require additional processing time.
- Minor differences within standard optical tolerances may not qualify for a remake.
How to request a remake or refund
- Contact us with your order number and describe the issue.
- We may request reshipment of the glasses for inspection.
- We will process your remake or refund once the case is verified.
