How long does the process take?

Once your frames arrive at our lab, the process typically takes 5 to 10 business days. Over 90% of orders are completed faster. We are fast. And we are good. Speed never comes at the expense of quality.

Do you accept vision insurance?

Yes, we accept most plans, including VSP and EyeMed. We help you verify benefits and maximize coverage. You can also pay with HSA/FSA funds.

What lens types do you offer?

We offer Single Vision, Progressives, Bifocal and specialty. Available coatings: anti-reflective, blue light blocking, photochromic (Transitions) and UV protection.

Can I use my current frames?

Absolutely! We can mount new lenses in your frames as long as they are in good condition. We inspect them first to ensure compatibility.

How is my prescription handled and how accurate are the lenses?

Your prescription is reviewed by our experts to ensure accuracy and feasibility. If you choose for us to read the prescription from your existing lenses, we can absolutely do so. This process takes an additional 2–3 business days for one of our experts to complete. In most cases, your new lenses are prepared in advance and are ready to be replaced as soon as your frames arrive at our lab. We use digital measuring equipment with 99.9% accuracy and multiple quality checks during manufacturing. Precision takes time — and we take it seriously.

Do you offer rush service?

Yes, we offer same-day and next-day options depending on availability and prescription. Additional fees may apply.

What satisfaction guarantee do you provide?

You have a 30-day satisfaction guarantee: we remake your lenses at no cost or issue a full refund within the period. We also provide a 6-month scratch warranty.

Can you handle complex prescriptions?

Yes. Our experienced opticians handle high myopia, astigmatism and progressives. We'll advise you on the best solution.

How do I start my order?

When does lens production start?

Lens production begins as soon as your order is completed, provided all information is accurate and makes sense to our experts. We move fast — but we never guess. If anything requires clarification, we pause and contact you immediately. Precision comes first.

Do you only do prescription lenses?

No. We also create non-prescription lenses for fashion, aesthetics, protection, or personal preference. Whether your goal is vision correction, style, or lifestyle — lenses don't always need a prescription to make an impact.

Will anything be added to my order without approval?

Absolutely not. No add-ons, upgrades, or changes are ever made without your explicit approval. What you approve is exactly what we deliver — nothing more, nothing less.

What if my frames are delicate or something happens?

We handle glasses like precious stones. That said, not all frames are built equally. Some frames are older, more delicate, or less durable, and lens replacement always carries inherent risk. If we identify a concern — or if something unexpected occurs — we notify you immediately and work with you to find the best solution together.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Because lenses are custom-made, orders cannot be canceled or modified once processing begins. If you believe something requires urgent attention, contact our super customer service team ASAP. The sooner we hear from you, the more we can help.
